Someone Screwed Up here at the Buffalo Chip, Sturgis.

The Buffalo Chip recently admitted that one of its staffers royally screwed up and announced the wrong on-sale date for 2024 passes. To (hopefully) make up for the mistake, the legendary Sturgis destination decided to have a little fun. When they sent out an email with the correct date, they also asked who you thought was responsible for the snafu and offered up a chance to win a free 2024 pass just for guessing.

Motorized Trail Permits Now Available at the Sturgis Buffalo Chip

You might have experienced the Black Hills’ beautiful highways and byways on a motorcycle, but there’s so much more to explore beyond the pavement! Over 700 miles of system trails are waiting for you to ride through by ATV, UTV or ADV bike this fall. Swing by the Buffalo Chip Main Office before you hit the trails to buy your motorized trail permit. Passes are $25 and can be purchased by cash or local check (no credit cards).
