Riders attending the J&P Cycles Open House Rally in Anamosa, Iowa this weekend will get a treat as American Pickers’ Frank Fritz will be at the Workshop Hero booth on Sunday from 10 a.m.–1 p.m. Frank is promoting his newly released book “How to Pick Vintage Motorcycles” published by Whitman Publishing. He will be available to sign copies plus answer questions on the benefits of rust removal from vintage motorcycles using Metal Rescue Rust Remover Bath.
Fritz became a fan of Workshop Hero products after using them in his own workshop. “I used Metal Rescue Rust Remover Bath on several items I picked while on the road with American Pickers including a motorcycle gas tank and chrome fenders. I was blown away by how well it removed the rust while at the same time leaving the paint and finishes undisturbed. After removing the rust, a spray of Dry Coat Rust Preventative kept the rust away. I was hooked.”
“Frank’s love of vintage motorcycles is another connection we share,” explained David Yancho, VP of Sales and Marketing, Workshop Hero. “Bringing Frank to our booth at the J&P Cycles Open House Rally is an ideal opportunity to unite our products and Frank in a venue that suits them. Metal Rescue and Dry Coat are excellent products for homeowners, auto restoration, and fishing/hunting/camping enthusiasts, and we have a large customer base made up of bikers-especially when it comes to de-rusting gas tanks and chrome pieces. Frank’s promotion of his book “How to Pick Vintage Motorcycles” and Workshop Hero products are a match made in heaven.”
