LAS VEGAS (June 2026) – The Evel Knievel Experience: An Interactive Museum of America’s Original Daredevil invites the public to its action-packed grand opening festival on Saturday, June 27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Downtown Las Vegas’ Arts District. The enthralling event will feature professional motorcycle stunt performances, a custom and classic motorcycle show, live music, food trucks, cold beverages and activities for all ages.
Headlining the celebration are professional stunt riders, including Austin Winters, who will pay tribute to Evel Knievel’s legendary daredevil spirit with gravity-defying motorcycle stunt shows at 11 a.m., noon and 1 p.m. Guests can witness high-flying jumps, freestyle riding, backflips and other heart-pounding feats that capture the excitement and spectacle that made Knievel a household name.
Visitors can also explore a custom and classic motorcycle show showcasing an impressive collection of bikes that celebrate the style, craftsmanship and culture of motorcycling. Throughout the festival, attendees may also enjoy live music, food trucks and refreshments.
Attendees will also be among the first members of the public to experience one of Las Vegas’ newest attractions celebrating the life, legacy and cultural impact of one of the most iconic performers in American history. The collection includes rare artifacts from Evel Knievel’s life; immersive exhibits highlighting the ambition, spectacle and risk behind his legendary career; and a variety of high-adrenaline experiences.
“Evel Knievel gave everything 100%, so our grand opening festival naturally will reflect that same ambitious spirit,” said Mike Patterson, co-founder and CEO, The Evel Knievel Experience. “This event is shaping up to be one of the most thrilling events of the summer, and we cannot wait for visitors to step into Evel Knievel’s world through adrenaline-pumping stunts and an extraordinary collection of artifacts that made history.”
Originally launched as the Evel Knievel Museum in Topeka, Kansas, in 2017, the Las Vegas experience expands upon the award-winning, internationally recognized collection.
The grand opening festival is sponsored by Carter Power Sports, Nostalgia Street Rods and Stunt Double Strong Lager. Admission to the festival is complimentary and general admission to The Evel Knievel Experience is $35 per person. Discounted admission is available for youth ages 6 – 12, groups of eight or more, locals and military members. Children 5 and under are admitted free. The attraction will be open daily beginning at 10 a.m., with last entry at 8 p.m. Parking is available on-site for $4 per hour.
