San Marcos, TX — October 13, 2025 — Lyndall Brakes, a leader in premium American-made braking systems, is proud to announce the official start of production on its long-anticipated monolithic wheel—the world’s first truly monolithic wheel designed specifically for V-Twin motorcycles.
This groundbreaking wheel sets a new benchmark in motorcycle design and engineering. Weighing as little as 8 lbs 5 oz, the new monolithic wheel is lighter and more rigid than anything previously available on the market. It features a boltless front-wheel design, made possible by Lyndall’s patented Lug-Drive attachment system, eliminating the need for traditional hardware and reducing potential points of failure.
The first article set of monolithic wheels made their debut last month at Circuit of the Americas during the MotoAmerica round in Austin, TX. Pilot of the #88 bike, Max Flinders, turned the first laps on this new design and had this to say: “I was so excited to try Lyndall’s new monolithic wheels. Honestly I was stunned by how light they were when I picked them up the first time. We got so many people taking pics of them at the track cause they look amazing. But my favourite thing is how they feel on the bike. The first time I hit the track I noticed just the flickability was easier allowing me to throw the bike around with ease. Can’t wait for next season just to get back out on those wheels!”

The wheel itself is forged in southern California, in the same forging house as globally recognized brands.This project has been in the making for three years now – the idea being conceived during the 2022 King of the Baggers season, when Lyndall was the preferred wheel choice for the factory Indian / S&S Cycles team.
