American Made Bates Footwear: Built strong for the U.S. Armed Forces – and bikers like us

If Bates boots perform for our troops in the field, you can bet they’ll take the rigors of the road in stride. Two new styles join the 2017 Bates lineup, drawing on the company’s extensive heritage making boots for the U.S. Armed Forces.

New to the PowerSports Line are the American-made Freedom and Bomber. Both are 100% sourced and manufactured in the United States. The 6-inch Freedom and the 9-inch Bomber feature leather and nylon uppers with a rugged Vibram® outsole, Poron XRD® impact foam and toe shift reinforcement. The combination of high quality materials and moto-centric design have resulted in sturdy yet comfortable riding boots that are as stylish as they are functional.

In addition to the Freedom and Bomber, Bates has also introduced the cold-weather Crossover, a rugged PowerSports boot with 200 grams of insulation and a waterproof membrane.

Along with the new models, Bates Footwear is refreshing their popular Adrenaline and Taser lines with new finishes for 2017.
