Powersports Industry to celebrate dealer excellence at Nov. 20 awards gala in Long Beach, California
SANTA MONICA, Calif., and CLEVELAND, Ohio – Dealernews, the premier business information resource for North American powersports retailers, announces the winners of the 24rd Annual Top 100 Dealer Awards, the motorcycle and powersports industry’s largest, longest running and most prestigious retail competition.
“The Top 100 competition proves that the powersports industry is in good hands with its retail partners. All of the entries we received this year were outstanding,” said Competition Director, Mary Green. “The dealers are raising the bar when it comes to running a business, promoting the sport and furthering the industry. Regardless of whether they made it to the Top 100 this year, all dealers who entered should be proud of what they’re accomplishing in their markets,” added Green.
More than 30 states and two Canadian provinces are represented in this year’s Top 100. States with the highest number of winning dealerships are Texas (15 winners), Ohio (11), Missouri (6), North Carolina (6), Illinois (5), Arizona (4), California (4), Georgia (4) and Michigan (4). A list of the 2015 Top 100 Dealers is provided below.
The powersports industry will honor the Top 100 Class of 2015 during an awards gala Nov. 20 at the Renaissance Long Beach Hotel in Long Beach, California. The Awards Ceremony will be hosted by industry legends Larry Huffman and Tom White. “What a huge opportunity for all of us to visit (with) the best motorcycle dealers in the nation,” said Tom White. “The cream rises to the top, and these amazing dealers will lead the way as we convince the future riders to join our fun,” exclaimed White. Huffman and White will also reveal the 2015 Dealer of the Year, Special Merit Award winners and this year’s recipient of the Don J. Brown Lifetime Achievement Award at the gala.
This is the first year that the awards gala is being held on the West Coast, allowing dealers to visit the Progressive® International Motorcycle Show® held that weekend at the nearby Long Beach Convention Center, Nov. 20 – 22.
The Class of 2015, along with the Top 100 Hall of Fame dealers, receive complimentary invitations to the Nov. 20 awards gala. Limited paid seating is available for members of the industry who would like to attend; tickets (which include admission to the cocktail hour, dinner and awards presentation) may be purchased at: http://www.dealernews.com/
