We are excited to spotlight Kevin Baxter, a master engine designer and builder, for his remarkable contribution to getting more kids on bikes in Tennessee.
Through a creative fundraiser, Kevin raised $9,000 in just a few weeks by selling tickets for a custom-painted metal panel he designed.
This generous donation will benefit East Hickman Elementary School in Lyles, TN, the very community where Kevin resides. His dedication to cycling stems from a deep passion for introducing kids to biking, which he views as a gateway to motorcycling.
After all, mastering the balance on a bike is the first step to handling a motorcycle.
THANK YOU, KEVIN, FOR YOUR UNWAVERING SUPPORT OF ALL KIDS BIKE!
“Giving back to the children of Hickman County through the All Kids Bike program is a commitment to our community’s future.
This initiative isn’t just about learning to ride; it’s about camaraderie, team building, and making a lasting difference in the lives of these kids. The fact that this program will continue for the next decade means we’re giving back over and over again.
Fundraising through the raffle of my handcrafted panel was a small effort for such a big cause, and I’m honored to be part of something that will benefit our children for years to come.”
-Kevin Baxter, owner of Baxter’s Garage.
